Okay, so this is the new workout video. If anyone out there is looking for a great exercise routine, this is it! I LOVE working out with "The Firm". It has been my character in the past to HATE working out, but since working out with this series I actually enjoy it. I feel guilty if I miss one of my normal workout days. And... you really do see results after just 10 workouts. Well, so much for this little "plug" for The Firm.
I had to preview this workout today (after having already worked out for the day) because I hope to try this one tomorrow. Hmm, I'll let you know how it goes.

Girl, I got the firm a few years ago and still work out to it. I didn't buy the whole series, but just the "super cardio" one, which is MAJOR cardio burn. and yes, it will shape buns & thighs, as well as lose inches in just a few workouts. its good. good luck to you!
Thanks! I have bought the one with the resistance cord, the maximum cardio bootcamp, and I just bought the set that comes with 4 different videos, weights, guidebook, etc. I can tell a difference. I just think that I'm supposed to look like the girls in the workouts. I guess I better not eat so many sweets.
Great!! There are so many choices out there!! I think you hit on the key - finding something that draws you back for another go! I have not worked out in forever and am hoping to find something that motivates me again! I just feel better when I've worked out - but that requires taking the first step!! No motivation for that yet! :)
