Well, I've had real estate closings before with buyer clients, but today I had my first closing on one of my listings. It was pretty exciting. 
I called my sister-in-law today when I heard about all of the power outages in Florida. They live in Tampa so I wanted to see if they were affected. They were not. I did, however, get to talk to my niece and nephew.
Sophie is almost 4 and Will is almost 2.
Sophie looks just like I did and Will is my brother made over!
